Now Hiring: Office Manager

OLV School is hiring an office manager. The office manager’s contract would include all teacher contract days and an additional 20 days; 200 days total. Wages depend on experience with a possible range of $18-20/hour.

Job Duties Include:

  • The office manager will assist the principal with day-to-day tasks that include, but are not limited to

    • Answering questions from parents via email, phone calls, or in-person conversations, kids club record-keeping

  • The office manager will handle transactions made through the student information system, JMC, including, but not limited to

    • Student Attendance

    • Print or email monthly balance sheets

    • Print or email student report cards

  • The office manager will assist students with minor nursing duties (bandaids, ice packs, resting, etc)

Candidates should be proficient in word processing and spreadsheets. A knowledge of the Google Suite is preferred.

Successful candidates would be organized, reliable, self-motivated, nurturing to students, and maintain confidentiality. Effective communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential.
