Qualifications:

• A valid Minnesota teaching license for elementary education (K–6) or the ability to obtain licensure by Fall 2025

• Practicing Catholic preferred, but not required

• Strong classroom management skills and a positive, collaborative attitude

• A desire to integrate faith into learning and foster a caring, respectful classroom environment

• Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students grow spiritually and academically
   

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with differentiated instruction and technology integration

• Experience with the Gradual Release of Responsibility instructional model

• Ability to foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues

• Willingness to contribute to the life and mission of the school community
